Panic attacks tend to jump from nowhere without warning. Although experts are not sure exactly what causes panic attacks, know one thing is certain, seems to "run in the family." So chances are, if your mother, father, siblings or other close relatives suffer from them is a good chance Other members may also suffer from them!

The symptoms of a panic attack are common:

  • An intense feeling scary
  • Heart Palpitations
  • Numbness and / or tingling in the extremities
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Sweating
  • Nausea
  • Upset stomach
  • Chest pain

Most of the people to deal with these panic attack symptoms report that usually disappear after 10-20 minutes.

Panic disorder suffer intentionally avoid certain situations or places that you think might have triggered an earlier attack, and constantly worry about when the next occur.

While dealing with panic attacks, try to exercise every day after receiving medical clearance from your doctor, even if it means simply walking fifteen minutes a day.

If you smoke, consider quitting altogether, which is a known trigger for many who suffer from panic attacks.

Make time to relax. You do not have to resort to meditation or yoga, if you wish. A great way to do is close your eyes in your lunch hour with some soft music, and visualize yourself in a safe and serene, like a stream, a distant waterfall, a beautiful landscape, etc.

Educate your people ones about what is happening, if not already know, what is happening is very real, and ultimately, the best cure will come within your own mind!
